Personal Blogs and Podcasts

For the past couple of years, I've been writing a blog called "The Friendship Garden". It appears on substack and was inspired by my training in socially engaged Buddhism through the Upaya Zen Center in Santa Fe, NM. (The links below will take you offsite to the blog). I've also created a podcast with my brother Gil called the "A Fortunate Man with MS Podcast". It's based on his book of the same name. Enjoy!
